I have been coming to Julia for facials and permanent makeup the last couple years. Her facials are very relaxing and effective. I have had permanent makeup done previously but only brows. Julia is very skilled in this in particular and made me feel confident to also try lash liner and most recently lip color. Her permanent makeup technique leaves a natural, fresh looking result without the overdone look. The results are long lasting and I come back to her for a refresher every couple years. I would definitely recommend her if you are on the fence about trying permanent makeup! You won’t be disappointed with any of her services!
